# Print consultation reports

Print the list of consultations for a period, lawyers, states or clients, and the list of consultations nobody has touched for a number of days.

Two printable reports give the firm a view of its consultations: the full list, and the neglected ones.

## Before you start {#before-you-start}

- You need the **Read-only** level or higher on **Consulting**. Each report lists only the consultations you may see.

## The list of consultations {#the-list-of-consultations}

1. Open **Consulting/Reports/Consultations list**.
2. Keep **Print all Durations** ticked for every date, or untick it and choose the period. **Group by Date** groups the lines by date.
3. Narrow it with **Lawyers**, **Consulting States** and **Clients**, or leave them empty for all.
4. Click **Print PDF**.

## The neglected consultations {#the-neglected-consultations}

1. Open **Consulting/Reports/Neglected List**. The window **Print Neglected Consultations** opens.
2. Type the number of days: a consultation is neglected when nobody changed it for that long (30 by default).
3. Narrow it with **Lawyers**, **Clients** and **Consulting States** if needed, then click **Print PDF**. The oldest come first.

A neglected consultation may be a late one nobody gave a new deadline, a done one whose report was never sent, or a draft nobody decided on. Sorted from the oldest, the list gives the firm a clear starting point for its weekly review.

## FAQ {#faq}

### Why is a consultation missing from the report? {#missing-from-the-report}

The report applies the same access as the list: with **User: Own Documents**, you see the consultations of your own files only, and with **Manager: All Documents** every consultation of the firm.
