Tutorial 1

From a person to their organizations

Open a person in the address book, read the organizations filed under him with their type and his role, link one more organization that already exists, and find them all again from the list.

How-to 4

Add a company and its people

Create a company with its commercial registration number, address and tags, then add the people who work for it from its own form, so that each of them shows under the company.

Link a person to an existing organization

File a company that already exists under the person who owns or runs it, from the Actions menu of that person, and see what happens when the organization was filed under someone else.

Organization types, contact roles and tags

Keep the three lists of the Contacts configuration in order, the organization types, the roles a person holds in an organization and the tags, by adding, renaming, sorting and archiving their lines.

Merge duplicate contacts

Turn two or three records of the same client into one, keeping the record you choose and moving to it every document linked to the others, and retire a contact without deleting it.

Explanation 1

How people and organizations are linked

Persons and companies, the two ways a contact is filed under another, what an organization keeps when filed under a person, where its type and role live, what the app does not do, and who may do what.
