Quotations
Priced offers for clients: services and prices, an opening letter in the quotation body, templates for standard offers, discounts, the client's online signature, and the invoice or down payment made from the confirmed order.
Tutorial 1
Your first quotation
Prepare a quotation for a client from start to finish, with its services, prices and opening text, send it, see the client's page, confirm the order and prepare the draft invoice.
How-to 6
Write the quotation body
Write and format the letter that opens a quotation, know when a template fills it, and find it on the client's page and in the printed quotation, above the prices.
Build a quotation template
Save a standard offer as a template, with its validity, signature and payment rules, opening text, services and an optional section, then start a quotation from it in one choice.
Give a discount on a quotation
Lower the price of one line with the Disc.% column, or of the whole quotation with the Discount button, as a percentage on every line, a global discount line or a fixed amount.
Get the client's signature
Let the client accept a quotation by signing it online, see what the client does on the quotation's page, and find the confirmed order and the signature in the back office.
Invoice a sales order
Find the confirmed orders still to invoice, create the invoice of an order in full or ask first for a down payment, as a percentage or a fixed amount, and follow the invoices of an order.
Quotation settings
What each option of the Sales settings changes for quotations, from the online signature, the payment and the validity to templates, warnings, locking, pro-forma invoices, discounts and the invoicing policy.

Quotation automations
What Quotations sends and runs by itself: the four e-mails of a quotation's life, the two scheduled actions of Sales, off by default, a one-time technical job, and why expiry runs nothing.
Explanation 1
How a quotation becomes an invoice
The life of a quotation, from its states and its validity to what a template copies, the body and the terms, the signature and the payment, the discounts, the invoicing, and what this app does not do.
