Create your account and subscribe

This page is for anyone who wants to start using Jaah. It takes you from the website to your own running system in three parts: create an account, choose a plan, then follow the steps of the subscription and pay. You need an email address or a mobile number, and a payment card if the plan you choose is paid. The plans themselves are described on the pricing page; this page only shows how to go through it.

Part 1: Create your account

1. Open the Jaah website and click Sign in in the top menu.
2. On the sign-in card, click Sign up.
3. Fill in Name, Mobile Number, Email and Password. You need at least one of the mobile number and the email; the password must follow the rules shown under the field.
4. Click SIGN UP.

You are signed in at once and land on your account page. It is where your services, your organizations and your invoices will appear. Next time, sign in with the same email or mobile number and password.

Part 2: Choose a plan

1. Click Pricing in the top menu. The Services & Pricing page opens.
2. Choose a category to narrow the list, and switch between Monthly and Yearly to see the price for each billing period. A card may also show a free trial or say Free.
3. Click Select on the plan you want. The subscription window opens.

If you are not signed in yet, the page asks you to sign in first and takes you to the sign-in card; come back to Pricing afterwards. From your account page, Add Service opens the same choice of plans.

Part 3: Follow the steps and pay

A bar at the top of the window shows where you are: Service, Terms, Organization, Payment and System Setup. Payment appears only for a paid plan.

1. Service: check the service you chose, then click Next.
2. Terms: read the terms and conditions and sign in the box under them; your full name is already filled in, and Clear lets you sign again. For a paid plan, also tick I authorise automatic renewal payments on my saved card. Then click Next.
3. Organization: choose the organization the service is for, or click Add New Organization, fill in its details and click Save Organization.
4. Click Payment to go on. For a free plan or a free trial, the button reads Start and the window moves straight to System Setup, with nothing to pay.
5. Payment: enter your card details in the payment form inside the window and confirm. The window shows Waiting for payment confirmation... until the payment is confirmed, then moves on by itself.
6. System Setup: your system is being prepared. Keep the window open; it updates by itself, usually within a few minutes.

When the system is ready, the window shows Service Ready and Your System Link. Open the link and sign in with the same details you registered with. Back to My Account returns you to your account page.

What happens next

• Your service and its invoices are listed on your account page. Each billing period is charged to the card you saved; you can turn this off at any time with Turn off automatic renewal on the subscription, and pay the invoices yourself.
