Time Off
Request time off and approve it, give each employee their allocations by hand or by accrual, and keep public holidays and mandatory days in the same calendar.
Tutorial 1
Your first time off
Give yourself ten days of Paid Time Off, check the balance on your dashboard, request three days in December, approve the request and find it approved in your list.
How-to 7
Request time off
Ask for time off from your dashboard, in days, half days or hours, attach a document, follow the request in your list, change it while it waits and cancel it with a reason once approved.
Approve time off requests
See who approves which request, find the requests waiting for you, approve, validate or refuse them, and put an approved request back to approval when it was a mistake.
Allocate time off
Give days of a type to one employee, to many employees at once by employee, department, company or tag, or let employees ask for extra days, then change or withdraw an allocation.
Set up accrual plans
Build an accrual plan that earns days little by little, with milestones, caps and carry-over, then give it to an employee through an accrual allocation that counts the days already earned.
Configure time off types
Create a time off type and decide how it is counted, who approves it, whether days must be allocated first, whether employees may ask for days, and how it shows on the dashboard.
Public holidays and mandatory days
Add the public holidays that nobody works and that no balance pays for, add the mandatory days on which employees cannot take time off, and see both on the dashboard.
Time off reports
See who is away on the Overview calendar, read the days taken by employee and by type, check every balance, and print the Time Off Summary of chosen employees.

Time off automations
What Time Off does by itself: two daily jobs that grow accrual allocations and cancel requests the accrued days cannot cover, the approval activities, and the messages sent to employees and approvers.
Explanation 1
How time off works
The types, allocations and requests Time Off keeps, how a balance is counted, the states of a request, what an approval changes elsewhere, who may do what, and what the app does not do.
