Tutorial 1

Your first hire

Open a new job position, add its first applicant, move the applicant through the interview stages to the hired stage, then turn the applicant into an employee with one action that copies the details.

How-to 7

Set up a job position

Create a job position, let incoming e-mails become its applications, then set its recruiter, interviewers, target, department and trackers so that every application lands in the right hands.

Move applicants through the pipeline

Read the pipeline of a job position, mark where an applicant stands inside a stage, move the applicant to the next stage, then find applications across every position with the filters.

Schedule an interview

Name the interviewers of an applicant, plan the interview from the Meeting button with the subject and the guests already filled, and follow the meeting from the applicant's form afterwards.

Refuse or restore an applicant

Refuse an application with a reason and, if you want, an e-mail to the applicant, refuse the duplicates with it, then bring a refused application back into the pipeline when it deserves a second look.

Use talent pools

Keep good profiles for later in talent pools, turn an applicant into a talent in one action, then create new applications from the talent when a fitting job position opens.

Customize stages and refuse reasons

Adapt the stages of the pipeline, their e-mails, labels and hired stage, then the refuse reasons and their e-mails, and the other lists of the Configuration menu that shape every application.

Recruitment settings

What each option of the Recruitment settings adds to the app, from the job pages of the website to the interview forms, then the three access rights of Recruitment and who receives them.

Recruitment automations

What Recruitment does by itself: no scheduled job, four e-mail templates sent by stages and refusals, the notices to interviewers, and the changes made when an applicant is hired or a position archived.

How recruitment works

What a job position, an application and a talent hold, how stages and statuses carry an application from its arrival to the hire, where applications come from, and what Recruitment does not do.
